Fujitora said in a deep voice, "You caused chaos in Dressrosa and disrupted the order here. How can you say you didn't do anything wrong?"

Luffy scratched his head. "I'm fighting to save the people here."

Rorschach stood aside, watching the two of them argue with great interest.

Suddenly, several shouts rang out from behind.

Rorschach chuckled. "Admiral Fujitora, I just didn't want this fight to become boring. If Luffy is captured so easily, he doesn't seem like someone who can defeat Doflamingo."

Fujitora remained calm and swung his staff sword with both hands, instantly creating a powerful gravitational field that changed Luffy's attack direction, causing him to crash heavily into a nearby building.
