Chapter 18: Everyone Here is Trash; The Two Demons Perish
Chapter 18: Everyone Here is Trash; The Two Demons Perish
"Hmph! What arrogance!"
Yi Ku's eyes gleamed with a sinister blue light, and his clumsy blue demon hand clenched into a fist in a serious manner, making a "crack" sound as if metal was being rubbed together.
"Hehehe," the strangely ugly face suddenly gave a sly laugh, its mocking gaze shifting from Wei Wu's face to Lin Xian'er, who seemed almost invisible to the side, before abruptly returning to Wei Wu.
"Consider yourself lucky, kid, to have such a beauty with you. I won't kill you right away, I'll just break your arms and legs, tie you up here, and let you see what I'm capable of!"
"With your power? You should sit down first."
Wei Wu kicked the bench aside, and only then did everyone realize that he had never moved an inch while dealing with Yan Shuangfei's flying spear.
Even though she cried, her face still showed disdain, but she was already extremely wary inside.
However, seeing his younger brother Yi Yeku's zombie-like, lifeless face across from him, he felt confident and actually sat down as instructed, asking, "What do you intend to do?"
Wei Wu stood in the middle, smiling, and said, "It's nothing, I just have something to say."
Suddenly, Yi Yeku twitched the corners of her mouth, rolled up the sleeves that had been covering her hands to reveal a pair of bright red hair and hands as red as if they had been washed with blood, and said, "That certainly wasn't anything nice."
"That's the absolute truth," Wei Wu laughed heartily.
"Everyone here is trash!"
Swoosh—
"Red Devil Hand" Yi Yeku did not turn his body, still facing away from Wei Wu, but suddenly he raised his head, bent over, and his two hands stabbed towards Wei Wu's waist and abdomen like arrows.
His movements were so fast that even if Yan Shuangfei had exerted all his strength, he could not have made even the slightest move.
However, "Blue Demon Hand" Yi cried even faster than him!
The seemingly clumsy blue demon hand reached out with surprising agility to grab Wei Wu's face.
A foul stench assaulted the senses, and wherever the Green Demon Hand passed, a cloud of green mist billowed up, as if the air itself had been polluted by the viscous poisonous gas, leaving trails as black as tar.
A sound like crying could be heard coming from inside the tavern, a mournful wail like the weeping of the wind.
The boy had already stopped eating and was staring intently at the confrontation, which was extremely rare for him. But what was even more remarkable was that even though his pupils had shrunk to their limit, he still couldn't see the slightest change in Wei Wu's expression.
Was it because the other party was too fast, and he couldn't react in time?
The boy didn't have time for such a thought to arise, because in the next instant, Wei Wu made his move—
A pair of hands, white as jade, with delicate skin, and well-maintained like a woman's, slowly rose. Purple spread from the fingertips, over the back of the hand, and down to the arm, making the entire hand seem to have grown twice its size out of thin air, resulting in a dense network of cracks covering both hands.
One hand, like a green dragon probing the sea, appeared to split the palm and back of the hand in two, simultaneously striking Yi Ku's Green Demon Hand. The sound of metal clashing rang out, and Yi Ku's proud Green Demon Hand emitted a teeth-grinding "crack" sound, shattering into fragments that shot out in all directions.
One hand moved downwards like a shooting star chasing the moon, a silver rainbow suddenly appeared from the sleeve, the light split into three beams, one on the left and one on the right, slapping away the red demon hand, while the middle beam slapped down from above.
Yi Yeku saw it clearly: the hand was a foot and a half away from her, and in theory, it shouldn't have been able to hit her face at all. But it was as if the arm had grown a section out of thin air, and the large palm print slammed into her face.
Gaba!
With a crisp cracking sound, the bench beneath Yi Yeku was unharmed, but Wei Wu had ripped his head off his neck, pulling out half of his pale spine, which was then carelessly tossed to the ground.
A pair of red demon hands, on par with the Azure Demon Hands, suddenly slumped to the ground, one on the left and one on the right. Together with Yi Yeku's broken and distorted face, they could be considered to have inherited half of Shang Yang's skills.
tread!tread!
Yi Ku took six steps back, each step more forceful than the last. On the sixth step, her entire left foot and ankle sank into the ground.
His arms slumped down limply, his sleeves torn, and his arms covered in countless gashes, from which flowed not only blood—the bluish-purple color clearly indicated that the poison had seeped into his very bones!
Yi's shoulders jutted out backward, with two white bones piercing through his flesh. Even someone who didn't know martial arts would know that his skills had been completely crippled.
"The Azure Demon weeps by day, the Crimson Demon weeps by night; heaven and earth weep, and the sun and moon do not rise?"
Wei Wu shook his slightly numb hands, smiled as he uttered the names Yi Ku and Yi Ye Ku, then shook his head and chuckled, "That's an exaggeration."
"puff!"
Yi Ku coughed up a mouthful of blood, which landed on his brother Yi Ye Ku's chest, instantly rotting the flesh and revealing the still-beating organs inside.
His face turned bluish-purple, and bluish-purple poisonous blood trickled from the corner of his eye. He gritted his teeth and said, "What kind of martial arts is this?"
He accepted that he was not as skilled as others.
The two brothers went to the underworld together, so the journey wouldn't be too lonely.
The only thing he couldn't recognize was Wei Wu's martial arts style, which made him die with a heavy heart!
Wei Wu sighed, "Since you have asked so sincerely, I will mercifully tell you."
He shut his mouth.
Yi Ku was still hoping at first, but when his eyeballs rotted, poisonous blood surged in his chest cavity, damaged his hearing, and took his life, he still couldn't hear what kind of martial art Wei Wu used.
On her deathbed, Yi Ku was still filled with regret, regretting why she hadn't practiced her skills properly before, so that she could have lasted a little longer. Now, she couldn't even die in peace!
Little did they know, Wei Wu had no intention of saying it at all.
He used the Lianhua Treasure Mirror, a beginner's gift pack that allowed him to start with minor success. After a year of dedicated study and practice, he finally reached 100% progress and could be considered to have mastered martial arts.
These two palm strikes are a deadly palm technique he created by combining the Purple Fiend Hand and the Tantric Great Hand Seal with the understanding that "the key to its application lies in the mind".
Yi Ku couldn't recognize him because he lacked experience in the martial world. Wei Wu didn't owe him anything, so why should he explain things to him?
He killed two weapon masters in a row and dealt with the Red Demon Hand in the process. The description is long and complicated, but in reality, it didn't even take the time to cook a single dish!
When the shopkeeper came out and saw what was happening, he slipped and almost dropped the hot dish he was holding. Luckily, a young man next to him reached out and helped him carry it safely to the table.
The shopkeeper, however, still wore a mournful expression, counting on his fingers, "One, two, three, four, five... five lives! Sigh! Another fifty taels of silver!"
"Iron Spear Little Tyrant" Yang Chengzhu, "Flying Spear" Yan Shuangfei, "Azure Demon Hand" Yi Ku, "Red Demon Hand" Yi Yeku, and "Hercules" Duan Kaishan, whose face was scratched by the shattered Azure Demon Hand and was in great pain after being poisoned, raised his palm and shattered his own crown.
The shopkeeper couldn't handle the five corpses himself; he had to report them to the authorities. He would have to pay ten taels of silver for each corpse he disposed of!
Seeing that Wei Wu showed no intention of searching the bodies, the innkeeper's face immediately brightened. He sent a young assistant to find a constable to clean up the mess, while he himself courteously offered Wei Wu two jars of wine. He then went to the kitchen to urge the cook before cautiously asking, "Sir, should these bodies be prepared for burial?"
"You can dispose of the things in your shop yourself."
After dealing with the beaming old shopkeeper, Wei Wu pulled Lin Xian'er over and told her to sit next to him. "Let's eat."
Lin Xian'er breathed a sigh of relief.
Then I heard, "I'll hit you after you finish eating."
