The headless evil spirit, pinned to the ground, let out pitiful cries from several mouths, but the human demon knew nothing of pity, and Asagiri had no concept of compassion whatsoever.

The human Asura did not roar or make any sound; it simply remained eerily quiet, tearing the headless evil spirit's already rotting body into pieces amidst its pitiful cries.

Immediately afterwards, Asagiri took two steps forward, took out a small bottle of clear liquid that Iwanaga Kotoko had prepared beforehand, and gently sprinkled it on the corpse on the cross.

The next second, a faint glow suddenly emanated from the surface of the headless evil spirit's body, which had been shattered into pieces. At that moment, the five mouths that had been wailing and crying stopped crying, and the five different voices uttered the same sentence.

"Thanks……"

Asagiri did not respond verbally, but simply nodded slightly before leaving the apartment.

……

Ten minutes later, in front of a convenience store on the street.

Kotoko Iwanaga held a can of juice, took a small sip, and a happy smile spread across her face.

"Although I prefer black tea, enjoying sweet, freshly squeezed juice on this peaceful night is quite a unique experience~"

Asagiri opened the can in her hand, took a sip, and then replied with a smile.

"What are you talking about? I don't understand. I'm drinking iced cola."

"You don't just drink iced cola, you only drink iced cola, right?"

Kotoko Iwanaga first made this comment, then stretched and rubbed her eyes, showing a sleepy expression.

"Oh dear, I'm really tired after sitting on the tram for so long. Before I go back tomorrow, I'll visit the mountain god and the yokai again and tell them that the request has been resolved. I want to go back to the hotel to rest as soon as possible~"

"I see you're not interested in the bar?"

Hearing Asagiri's words reveal her thoughts, Iwanaga Kotoko blushed and turned her head to whisper.

"Well, I ate eel rice."

"Eel rice doesn't have that kind of effect at all, does it?"

"Whether it works or not is not important. Haven't you heard the saying, 'Sincerity moves mountains'?"

Kotoko Iwanaga moved closer to Asagiri. Without her saying anything, Asagiri bent down and Kotoko Iwanaga jumped onto his back, pressing her cheek against the back of his neck, as docile and obedient as a clingy kitten.

"Shall we walk back?"

Hearing Kotoko Iwanaga's suggestion, Asagiri smiled and said.

"It would take at least an hour to walk back to the hotel from here, wouldn't it? Are you suggesting I get a prosthetic leg too?"

Kotoko Iwanaga pouted and muttered under her breath, slightly dissatisfied.

"Aren't you in great shape? Besides, I want to enjoy more of the intimate moments when my boyfriend carries me on his back. It's so unromantic of me to just blurt out such a shy girlish thought."

Asagiri shook her head, carrying Iwanaga Kotoko on her back as she walked down the street, smiling as she spoke.

"Is it possible that I guessed what you were thinking, but just wanted to hear you say it out loud, so I said those things on purpose?"

"really?"

Upon hearing this, Kotoko Iwanaga's mood clearly lifted, and her tone became cheerful.

"If you want to hear it, I can tell you about it every day."

After saying that, Kotoko Iwanaga was silent for a moment, then asked softly.

"This time... you've actually participated in a legitimate request from the monsters. How did it feel? Did the scene in that apartment room... make you feel disgusted... or resistant?"

In most slice-of-life school romance anime, just this one question about Kotoko Iwanaga would take at least four or five episodes to resolve. But Asagiri is completely different from the male protagonists of most slice-of-life anime; he already knows why Kotoko Iwanaga asked that question.

"Are you worried that after I come into contact with monsters and evil spirits, I'll find these things too disgusting or troublesome, and that after finally clearing the dungeon and returning to the real world, I'll have to deal with these troublesome monster requests for you, and I'll feel uncomfortable and deliberately stay away from you in the future?"

"You figured it out..."

Kotoko Iwanaga smiled first, then spoke softly in a calm tone.

"I...actually, I've never had any friends or lovers, and I've never thought about forming such a relationship with anyone. After all, my identity is that of the God of Wisdom among the yokai, bearing the responsibility of protecting the order of this world. I'm an abnormal person living in another world. But...you, Asuna, and Megumi are all people I cherish and absolutely don't want to lose. In front of you, I can say whatever I want without having to deliberately hide my identity. So if you feel that helping me handle the yokai's requests is too troublesome, just tell me, and I won't do it again..."

"That's it for now."

Asagiri shook her head, interrupting Kotoko Iwanaga, and said with a smile.

"Why are you suddenly saying this? This isn't like you. Didn't I tell you that teammates should be tolerant and understanding of each other, helping you with monster requests that you can't handle on your own, just like I helped Asuna find her own path? In the end, we are teammates who can entrust our lives to each other in the dungeon, but after returning to the real world, aren't we teammates anymore?"

"As teammates, it's only natural for us to help each other. We don't find it troublesome at all, just like you don't find us troublesome. This is a trust and reliance relationship that transcends everything."

Upon hearing Asagiri's words, Kotoko Iwanaga's purplish-blue eyes brightened, and her expression returned to its usual light and lively state.

She stuck out her pink tongue and gently licked Asagiri's neck like a cat, then leaned close to Asagiri's ear and whispered in a very seductive tone.

"My handsome boyfriend, once we get to the hotel room, do you need me to do something for you that's a bit of a hassle, but really fun?"

Chapter 18: An unexpected encounter with the Goddess of the Harem, despite all efforts, she could not defeat her.

"You chickened out so quickly?"

Although Kotoko Iwanaga pretended to be selfless and magnanimous, Asagiri saw through her true thoughts at a glance.

"I still prefer your rebellious, slutty, and provocative little girl persona. Try to revert to your old self."

"I dare not be astringent anymore, I dare not be astringent anymore."

Kotoko Iwanaga, looking like a little brat who had finally become obedient after being severely punished, shrank her neck and said timidly.

"Last night... I felt like you were about to break me apart, and you even picked me up... I felt like I was about to faint from what you did, I was completely out of it, please let me go for now, okay? Please."

"You want me to let you go?"

Asagiri, with the air of a villainous demon king, looked at Iwanaga Kotoko, whose eyes were filled with tears and who looked pitiful, and did not back down at all.

"That won't do. You have to think of some other way to make it up to me."

"Another way..."

Kotoko Iwanaga blinked, then suddenly seemed to remember something, blushing as she whispered.

"Actually... before I invited you to Kanagawa, I specifically searched online for how a girlfriend should please her boyfriend during such intimate moments. Some of the methods mentioned online don't work for me because I don't have that kind of experience, but if it's like this..."

Kotoko Iwanaga first shrank back under the covers, then gently lay down on Asagiri's body, stuck out her pink tongue, carefully licked it, and then tried to open her lips, speaking in a somewhat indistinct tone.

"Doing this... um... will you be happy?"

……

Later that evening, in the living room of the hotel suite.

"By the way, summon Crazy Meta again. Although she is your Persona, she did help me with my request this time, so I should still thank her."

"Row."

Upon hearing Kotoko Iwanaga's words, Asagiri nodded. Then, a phantom tarot card with a reversed love symbol slowly landed in his outstretched right palm. He quickly clenched his fingers, crushing the phantom tarot card into pieces.

"Persona, Mita".

Seeing Crazy Metta reappear, Kotoko Iwanaga was about to say something when she noticed that the summoned Crazy Metta was holding a cookie. The creature seemed surprised to be summoned at this moment, and its expression was somewhat bewildered.

Then, she suddenly realized what was happening and, with a speed almost imperceptible to the naked eye, stuffed all the cookies in her hand into her mouth, her cheeks puffing up like a hamster's. Only then did she look at Asagiri and mumble indistinctly.

"Where is the enemy?

Kotoko Iwanaga opened her mouth, but didn't know what to say.

"Forehead……"

Asagiri walked up to Crazy Mita and spoke righteously and sternly.

"What did you eat? I'm asking you, what did you just eat?!"

"whispering sound……"

Crazy Mita pouted, looking somewhat reluctant, and stretched out her left hand from behind her back, opening it in front of Asagiri. In her fair palm was a sandwich cookie.

"There's only one piece left. You can't have any more, so don't ask me for any more."

"You're quite generous."

Listening to the conversation between Asagiri and Crazy Mita, Kotoko Iwanaga couldn't help but wonder.

"Aren't you physically similar to a robot? Why do you need to eat?"

Crazy Mita gave a soft snort.

"Although I don't need to eat to keep my body functioning, I can still taste food. Sandwich cookies are delicious, and I like them."

"I see."

Kotoko Iwanaga nodded upon hearing this, a smile playing on her lips.

"In that case, it's easy."

……

A quarter of an hour later.

"This...what is this..."

Crazy Mita put a piece of chocolate cake from the small plastic fork into her mouth, chewing and savoring it gently, her eyes showing surprise.

"In your world... there are actually desserts that taste so good... even better than sandwich cookies!?"

Seeing Crazy Mita's utterly shocked expression and hearing the undisguised admiration and surprise in her voice, Kotoko Iwanaga held a porcelain tea tray in one hand and picked up the teacup on it with the other. She gently blew on the steaming black tea and smiled like a well-bred lady.

"I'm glad you like it. Eat as much as you want. If it's not enough, I'll call the hotel and have them send more. Consider it a reward to thank you for your help."

"Humph."

Crazy Mita put another small piece of cake into her mouth before replying.

“I am just his persona; if you want to reward someone, you should be rewarding him.”

"You mean, to repay Asagiri?"

Kotoko Iwanaga glanced at Asagiri, who was sitting on the other sofa, smiled and shook her head, speaking in a matter-of-fact tone.

"Our relationship is so close that there's absolutely no need for formalities like thanking him. Besides... the way I'd thank him wouldn't be by giving him a cake... um... but it would be nice if he treated me like a cake, forcefully possessing and devouring me~"

"Ha, love-struck fool, why aren't you eating?"

Upon hearing Crazy Mita's question, Kotoko Iwanaga smiled sweetly and replied.

"I've eaten."

Then, she looked at Asagiri sitting there and added a meaningful remark.

"And I've already had the milk."

Crazy Mita frowned slightly upon hearing this, wondering what Iwanaga Kotoko meant by milk. Don't misunderstand, she knew what milk was. After all, in that dating game world, although there weren't such delicious pastries, there was still milk.

She had a vague feeling that the "milk" the other person was talking about was probably not the same milk as the milk she knew.

After finishing the entire chocolate cake, Crazy Mita glanced at the tray on the table and said in a flat tone.

"Alright, I'm full, I'm going back now."

Kotoko Iwanaga was somewhat surprised to hear this.

"Are we going back already? There's still so much cake left."

"I don't want to eat anymore. Even the most delicious food will feel cloying if you eat too much of it."

Crazy Mita said this first, then looked at Asagiri sitting there, pursed her lips, and pretended to be nonchalant.

"Call them out one by one to eat the rest of the cake."

Upon hearing this, Asagiri's expression turned solemn, and she spoke slowly in a rare serious tone.

"Even if you still want to eat, even if you used to call those Mita dolls, when you encounter delicious pastries, you still choose to share, Hajita... you rascal..."

Crazy Mita looked speechless: "Can you please stop giving me weird nicknames? Anyway, that's it, I'm leaving."

As Crazy Mita's figure disappeared, Kotoko Iwanaga looked at Asagiri and said meaningfully.

"Compared to the last time we met, she seems to have changed a bit. In my impression, a complete madwoman like her, who enjoys killing, wouldn't be thinking about leaving any cakes for the rest of Mita."

"After all, her situation is different now."

Asagiri shrugged and said softly with a smile.
